The monthly fee is fixed, based on an average of 4.33 weeks per month. Prices exclude VAT.
FAQ
Questions, answered
Can I try a lesson first?
Yes. Your first lesson is free and without commitment. You meet Nicole, talk about your goals and we suggest the package that fits you.
Where do the lessons take place?
In person, in Braga and the surrounding area, at a location agreed with you. Online lessons are an exception, for when your schedule doesn’t allow an in-person lesson.
What happens if I miss a lesson?
Let us know at least 24 hours in advance and the lesson is rescheduled within the next four weeks. Missed lessons without notice, or with less than 24 hours’ notice, count as given.
How does payment work?
Payment is monthly, at the start of each month. The monthly fee is always the same, whatever the number of weeks in the month.
Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices shown exclude VAT.
How does the couples pack work?
You both sign up for the same package and each of you has your own one-to-one lessons. Each person pays €1 less per hour, with a minimum of €15 per hour.
Can I pause or cancel my package?
You can pause for up to four weeks a year, for example on holiday, and your package is extended by the same time. To cancel, just give 30 days’ notice; the hourly price of lessons already taken is adjusted to the package matching the time completed.
Is the teacher really a native speaker?
Yes. Nicole Ferreira is Australian and English is her mother tongue. She moved to Portugal at around 19, so she also knows the difficulties Portuguese speakers face.
